Minimum Position Appropriate qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years of significant practice.

Special Conditions: The department is especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate expertise of marketing, brand, and design principles and development. Candidates must have proficient practice working within the Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and have working expertise of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Canva.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule

Job tasks

tasks & Job responsibilities: Executes and designs publications, advertisements and other marketing materials using page layouts, image editing and illustration software. Prepares camera ready art for approved projects. Responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions that are visually consistent and in alignment with brand standards.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Focuses on creative requests requiring a quick turnaround time as well large scale creative campaign needs. Assists with coordination and production of assigned projects and participates in client meetings and for creative purposes at photo-shoots as needed.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Participates in weekly production and departmental staff meetings and coordinates functions with other team members. Maintains records of client's projects using digital archive.
