Job tasks

tasks & Job responsibilities: supervise budget management, planning and expenditure control for HR operations and income budget. Coordinates with department directors to ensure they have appropriate resources necessary to manage their operations (i.e. equipment, supplies, staffing, etc.).

Prepares budget by forecasting unit's operating requirements, monitoring expenses, preparing forms and documentation for expenditures, and preparing any necessary related reports.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Schedules and monitors the calendar for the AVP/Chief HR agent and HR leadership abilities team. Schedules department meetings with internal/external individuals and groups. Advises HR staff of time sensitive and priority issues and manage departmental deadlines.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Serve as primary liaison between HR and key internal and external constituencies and manages the HR primary email account. Works as a relief for HR Service Center.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating HR's departmental operations to include equipment inventory, monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies and reordering, as necessary, budgeting and hiring of student and temporary employees, HR programs logistics (room reservations, refreshments, etc.), travel coordination for HR staff, and onboarding of new HR hires.

Ensures all time and leave is reported appropriately for AVP/Chief HR agent's approval.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Serves as the department's Communication Coordinator, assisting with website and social media updates. Creates campus notices; prepares HR newsletter, announcements, and updates.

Communicates (verbally and in writing) with internal/external constituents regarding HR operations, projects, policies and procedures, updates policies, coordinates activities with administrators of other divisions and departments.

tasks & Job responsibilities: May assist with special projects located on trends and/or regulatory changes.
