Must have the capability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, grasp, reach, and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to use various cleaning agents to include floor wax, cleaner, and disinfectant.

Position DescriptionThe Custodian is responsible for general housekeeping, and, minor maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and landscaping.tasks may include but are not limited to moving equipment and furniture as necessary. Provide floor care including stripping and waxing, buffing, and dust mopping, damp mopping and carpet care as scheduled. Clean the buildings, including offices, hallways, meeting rooms, and classrooms. Clean, sanitize, and restock the restrooms. Remove the trash in the buildings and deposit Information technology into a container for removal from campus. Working hours: Monday - Friday; 6:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. (Occasional weekends, as needed). income: $2,600.00 per month. Starting date: June 10, 2024. Closing date: May 31, 2024, or open until filled.
