We seek an practiced medical planning in northern California with whom we can contract for discreet efforts requiring medical planning and programming skills. The ideal candidate would have broad demonstrated practice with the design and development of complex healthcare projects. Appropriate qualifications: » Lead the programming and medical planning for primarily small or mid-size healthcare projects. » Provides overall programming, master planning, design, and medical planning. » Coordinate with outside consultants including medical equipment experts and vendors. » Attend and facilitate client meetings and client user groups as needed. Requirements: » Minimum of 5 years professional practice in planning all types of healthcare related projects. » Minimum BArch degree. » practice in OSHPD/HCAI-oriented project work. » expertise of California Building Codes and the ADA. » Strong presentation and organizational skills. » capability to draw floorplans and interior elevations. » Architectural licensure and LEED accreditation preferred, but not required. » Revit-proficiency preferred, but not required.
