Our client, a 20-person firm located in Manhattan, is seeking Intermediate/Project Architects with practice in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial projects. this function involves collaborating with consultants and clients, applying technical expertise to design and construction documents, and superviseing the project through construction administration. The ideal candidate for this permanent, full-time position has at least 5 years of project practice and a professional degree in architecture. They must also be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with additional design program expertise being extremely valuable. The prosperous candidate will possess strong management, collaboration, and teamwork expertise, and a technical knowledge of projects all over their life cycle. This opportunity offers a projected annual income of $80-100k for Intermediate Architects and $100-125k for Project Architect/Senior Archiects, plus excellent benefits/v+h, and profit sharing.
