The Playhouse has become one of the leading regional theaters on the East Coast and is the largest arts organization in Bucks County. BCP presents a year-round schedule of original productions, featuring stars of stage and screen, and visiting artists presentations. Its two-acre campus includes the historic playhouse, an outdoor courtyard café, waterfall picnic area, river promenade, and a full restaurant/bar. The adjunct Audio manager is primarily responsible for running the sound console for all BCP produced and presented shows and events but will also assist the Interim Audio manager in superviseing all audio elements of the production process, including but not limited to load-in, load-out and supervising audio crew during a show's run. Position Job responsibilities: » Assist the Interim Audio manager in the everyday operations of the Audio Department, including the planning and execution ofall load-in/outs, strikes and change overs. » Supervise all audio crew during performance run on behalf of Interim Audio manager » Help to supervise and maintain house audio inventory as well as house PA and other installed audio and video systems » Operate the sound console, audio/effects playback, and supervise pre-show and post-show checks and operations as assigned by and in conjunction with the Audio manager for: » Technical Rehearsals and Performance Runs for all BCP Produced and Presented Shows » Work closely with other Full Time Production Staff members and with other show run crew members to ensure the smooth running of all BCP productions and maintain a safe and productive working environment. The position is allotted 10 days of paid time off in addition to statutory holidays as outlined by the company annually.
