Min Hourly Rate $14.20 (Standard); $13.20 (Non-Urban); $15.45 (Portland Metro) Max Hourly Rate $21.00 (Standard); $20.50 (Non-Urban); $21.50 (Portland Metro) Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill one part-time (an anticipated 10 hours per week), financial reporting research adjunct positions for the College of Business at Oregon State University (OSU). prosperous candidate can expect to: » Assist in collecting and organizing financial data from public companies' annual reports. prosperous candidates will be expected to have good listening expertise, sophisticated Python expertise, and responsibility to complete research tasks within designated timeliness. The pay rate will be $15.20 per hour. Position tasks » prosperous candidates are expected to spend up to 10 hours a week on assisting faculty in collecting financial data. A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services (OIS), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center. Additional Required Qualifications » candidates must be students at Oregon State University with a senior standing (or above) and GPA of 3.0 or better. This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must prosperously complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 2 years. Preferred (Special) Qualifications » Information technology is preferred that prosperous candidates possess strong Python expertise and are able to work at least 5 hours each week and complete assigned tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
