Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill one part-time Marcomm Digital Analytics adjunct position for the College of Business at Oregon State University (OSU).

The College of Business is currently seeking a digital analytics student to collaborate with our social media student team. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing and interpreting data from various digital platforms to optimize engagement strategies. This position offers flexible hours, typically ranging from 4-7 hours per week.

You will collaborate with fellow student workers and the Marketing team to delve into digital metrics and trends. Together, we shape the digital identity of the College of Business across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social channels.

Your function includes analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and assessing content performance to continually refine our digital strategy. This position offers valuable hands-on practice and the opportunity to build a portfolio showcasing your analytical capabilities. The pay rate will be $15.20 per hour.

Position tasks
   » Collaborate with the adjunct Digital Marketing Director to analyze digital engagement data
   » Implement best practices for digital analytics on platforms like TikTok and Instagram
   » Generate weekly reports on digital performance metrics
   » Create and implement strategies for optimizing digital content located on data insights
   » Adhere to COB guidelines for data-driven decision-making and content creation

   » Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study
   » Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment
   » Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard
   » High School student: Regularly enrolled in a high school or participating in a home-schooling program
   » Undergraduate and post-baccalaureate student: 6 credit hours per term
   » Undergraduate international student: 12 credit hours per term*
   » Graduate student officially admitted to Graduate School: 5 credit hours per term
   » Graduate international student officially admitted to Graduate School: 9 credit hours per term*

*International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered ?full-time? by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services (OIS), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.
