The ideal candidate will be a highly practiced TechZone student worker. Please Note: Candidates must be able to work between May 19th-August 7th. Housing and meal plan are included. Requirements:: - Manage the general activity of the TechZone - Carry out tasks as assigned at the TechZone - Mentor and train new student workers at the TechZone - Take an active function in creating documentation for tier-0 and tier-1 support issues at the TechZone - Provide first level help desk and walk up support to provide support of all UNIT supported systems. - Consult with students, faculty, and staff on complex issue regarding Villanova technology and systems. - Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions. - Log calls utilizing TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
