Position DescriptionThe Spanish-speaking Student Recruiter will focus on recruiting and supporting prospective Spanish-speaking students through the onboarding and admissions process. The Spanish-speaking Student Recruiter will build partnerships with key external community contacts, like nonprofit leaders, significant school system contacts, career and college counselors, employers, and faith-located organizations. They will identify and cultivate student prospects, candidates, and admitted Spanish-speaking students through direct communications, including in-person, phone, text, email, and theCRMsystem. The Spanish-speaking Student Recruiter will create and deliver presentations for prospective Spanish-speaking students and partners about the benefits of community college at on-campus and external events. As needed, this person will assist as a translator to support Financial Aid and Student Advising as they assist Spanish-speaking students.
