We specialize in restaurants, clubs and new buildings in New York City. We seek an practicedarchitect with 1-3 years of practice with strong graphic and problem-solvingexpertise. There is room to grow in our firm where you can have responsibility asboth Project Architect and Designer on various project types. We offer the opportunity to design, create construction documents, go to project sites, client coordination and more. Candidates should have excellent ACAD and 3D software rendering expertise. Strongdesign expertise along with strong technical expertise are highly valued. The prosperous candidate should have a good graphic sense and be a quick learner, who can workindependently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. practice/expertise required: · 5 year Bachelor degree in Architectural or Masters degree · 2 to 5 years of professional practice · Conceptual design practice · capability to create Construction Document sets - capability to work in a team · capability to create design presentation renderings, for various projects such as restaurant, retail and multi-family residential projects.
