Multimedia Engineer

Listing description
As the Multimedia Engineer, you will serve to support and facilitate the technical engineering aspects of the multimedia offerings/productions of the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication and Northwest Public Broadcasting by designing, configuring, implementing, and monitoring the aspects for live and prerecorded productions in the studio and in the field. You will also maintain, support, and advise on field/studio production equipment and drive to field locations all over the state of Washington to maintain technical equipment.
Required Appropriate qualifications:
   »
A Bachelor's degree and three (3) years professional practice OR a combination of education and practice totaling seven (7) years from which comparable expertise and abilities are acquired.
   »
Demonstrated practice with multimedia equipment.
   »
Training or practice in multimedia streaming.
   »
Demonstrated practice working with diverse customers and groups in project management.
   »
Possess, or be able to obtain at time of hire, a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Monthly income:
$4,508.70 - $5,800.00 | In conformity with RCW 49.58.110, the income listed reflects the full income range for this position. Individual placement within the range is located on the candidate's current practice, education, expertise, and abilities related to the position. prosperous candidates typically begin up to mid-point of the income range.
