This is a LA located in-office position and candidates from the area are preferred. OPEN OFFICE is a multifaceted design studio with a focus on the built environment. At our core is a highly practiced and nimble staff that bring a wealth of expertise and skills to each project we tackle. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of project scale and type with a current emphasis on both high end residential and mid-rise affordable housing. Appropriate qualifications: » Accredited professional or graduate degree in architecture » 10+ years of office practice in all levels of design » Revit and Auto Cad expertise required » Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup, Rhino, and Maxwell » expertise of building construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing » expertise of local building codes and jurisdictional requirements is a plus » practice in developing project specifications » capability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time » Able to adapt to shifting schedules while meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality » Effective communication skills Please email CV and Portfolio to:E-Mail: info@openoffice.design Skills:
