Position DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities.Perform mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems as appropriate. Perform routine HVAC preventative maintenance. Operate minor equipment: vacuum pumps, recovery machines, saws, drills, grinders, etc. Inspect buildings and mechanical room equipment for needed repairs and maintenance. Closing Date: May 19, 2024, or open until filled. Start Date: June 3, 2024. Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. income: $2,650.00 per month.
