This is your opportunity to work at a winery that focuses on high end wines from some of the top brands in the Napa Valley. Well-located in southern Napa Valley, outside the city of Napa. Eligible for Health Benefits, 401K, Holiday Pay, and generous PTO. Appropriate qualifications: • Has minimum of 10 years advanced practice in all areas of cellar operation. • Great work ethic and dependcapability. • Excellent communication expertise both written and verbally. • Must be able to consistently perform quality work with minimum supervision. Essential tasks and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Acts as a Team Leader for specific projects and tasks • Leads in all cellar activities, including: Sanitation, additions, barrel work, cleaning, sanitizing and sterilizing all winery equipment and facilities, wine shipping, topping of barrels, fining, forklift driving, press operation, crusher operator, and pump over supervision during harvest. • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds of weight. • Must also be able to stand for long periods of time, reach with arms and hands, walk long distances, walk up stairs, sit for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl. • Position requires work schedule flexibility. • Obey all safety regulations. • Must be able to read, write and speak English and be able to execute simple arithmetic. • Must be able to work with SO2 gas. • Pay range $27.00 - $30.00 DOE Applications can be picked up at 1 Kirkland Ranch Road.
