We are pursuing a full-time interior architectural designer, serious inquiries only with exceptional expertise willing to work in a fast-paced environment and in-office setting. Qualifications for Interior Architectural Designer: » Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design » 3+ years professional practice with a focus on Residential and Commercial Interiors » Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign, & 3D Studio Max, modeling with Rhino and/or SketchUp » Strong visualization skill with V-ray or Enscape » NCDIQ, LEED AP preferred but not necessary » Knowledge in Revit and Bluebeam » Advanced digital modeling and rendering expertise » capability to keep up to date with the latest design trends » Thorough attention to detail, strong organizational, creative and presentation expertise » The capability to accept and give constructive criticism » In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes » The capability to work under pressure and within time constraints to meet deadlines » Demonstrable knowledge of the basic principles of spatial planning » Problem-solving expertise and the capability to find new ways of doing things » Identify, select, and specify Architectural products and vendors. Have a working knowledge of Architectural Materials and Vendors » Produce technical and construction documentation (plans, elevations, sections, architectural/millwork details) that illustrate the design intent and use of materials for a range of residential and commercial projects to support design concepts » Develop Interior Design packages and concept/mood strategies; prosperously implement them from concept phase through project execution » Creating visuals for client meetings in Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator » Communicating and corresponding with vendors » Maintaining detailed budget spreadsheets » Produce and review project proposal specs and submittals through Construction Administration Phase » Help coordinate details of Architectural/Interior Design projects » Coordinate with architects and outside consultants all over all project phases Responsibilities For Interior Architectural Designer include but not limited to: » Preparing client presentations under the supervision of a senior designer income and Benefits SLCE offers a competitive income and comprehensive benefits.
