Job Opportunity: Member Engagement Associate:CapRadioJob description: Member Engagement Associate Listing description Summary CapRadio's Member Engagement team is the human connection between the station and its audience, striving to strengthen members' passion for sustaining public radio. Member Engagement supports member-listeners by tracking donations, providing receipts, answering questions and encouraging listeners to financially support CapRadio's community driven mission. As a Member Engagement Associate your typical tasks will include data entry, donation processing and customer support. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial accounting of donations made to the station, maintaining member records and will provide an important interpersonal communication link to CapRadio members. We're looking for someone who has a passion for working within a database to keep accurate records, and who enjoys interactions with people via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication expertise, practice with financial data processing and the capability to ensure accuracy in their work. Position Job responsibilities: » Accurately record and maintain gifts and donor information in donor database to ensure accuracy » Respond to member/donor calls and emails to answer donors' enquiries and resolve payment issues to maintain accuracy in records and correct financial engagement » Daly processing and data entry of all sources of gifts from mail, online, telemarketing, lock box, email and third-party vendors. » Make calls to donors on a regular basis » Resolve customer issues and ensure effective and sustainable problem resolution to preserve long term relationship for future » Perform mail merges, printing, and distribution of thank you letters » Educate donors, ensuring familiarity with CapRadio and its goals to encourage financial support » May supervise office volunteer staff, participate in thank you gift fulfillment, manage or assist with mass email projects » Participate in cross-functional tasks and shared responsibilities within the team to support overall member engagement goals.
