Job Description ECU Department of the Registrar is currently seeking several Administrative adjuncts.
On a everyday basis, Administrative adjuncts would be expected to
   » Scan physical records into Xtender
   » Ensure integrity of scanned images (i.e., clear and legible; matching student information)
   » Utilize Banner for student record verification
   » Perform file maintenance and organization
Admin adjuncts may also be asked to execute other tasks as assigned.
The Office of the Registrar is located a short walk from main campus in the Uptown/Downtown district at 207 E Fifth Street. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admin adjuncts should expect to work up to 20 hours a week with the possibility of up to 24 hours a week if warranted.

Preferred (Majors, practice, GPA, etc.) Candidates should
   » Possess an knowledge of scanning equipment and software, or an capability to lgain the expertise necessary to prosperously work with scanning technology
   » Possess organizational expertise
   » Demonstrate attention to detail/be detail-oriented
   » Demonstrate the capability to manage multiple tasks
   » Demonstrate the capability to be courteous and professional in a collegial/professional environment
   » Be willing to work with student records and uphold privacy regulations regarding Personal Identifying Information (PII)
Additionally, all candidates should be enrolled as a student and be in good academic standing with East Carolina University, as well as local, state, and federal laws. Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum cumulative GPA of a 2.00. Rate of pay: $10-$12 per hour, located on practice.
