What you will bring: » At least 5-8 years’ practice in all phases of a project from programming to construction documents. » Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred. » Licensed to practice architecture in California, or on a path to licensure. » practice in K-12, College, Sr. Housing & Multi-Family Housing. » capability to work in a collaborative environment. » Well-organized, highly proficient in English, with strong written and communication expertise. » Recent work practice in California. » High proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Word & Excel. » Strong design expertise. » Deadline oriented.
