As the ProjectInterior Designer, you will… » supervisethe development of BIM/Revit design and documentation of drawings. » Managethe team with a supportive knowledge of the value of design. » supervisethe team's production and coordination of construction documents, including consultant coordination, and managethe client's goals, budget, and schedule. » Developdesigns with an knowledge of the impact of building codes, agency, and jurisdictional requirements, and providetraining to less practiced staff. » Maintainthe budget and schedule all over the construction administration phase. » superviseand coordinateproject activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and staff. » supervisefurniture selection and specifications, ensuring compliance with client standards and code requirements, and providetraining to others. » Participatein all phases of the design and project documentation process, and be able tomanage a variety of projects simultaneously. » Demonstrateconsistent time management expertise, completetasks accurately and on schedule, and mentorless practiced staff in time management. » Assistproject leaders in the preparation of project management plans and adhereto these plans. » Acquirework through the development of client trust, relationships, and a reputation for consistent project management. » Demonstratestrong organizational expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. Coach less practiced staff in organizational expertise. » Ensureadherence to form standards for design, quality control, and production related to project management, and contributeto further development of these standards. » Adviseproject leaders on client and consultant requested changes to the scope of work, determinethe impact on the project budget and schedule, and excelin scope management from proposal through closeout. » Reviewand evaluatedocuments for accuracy with internal teams and external consultants in preparation for formal Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC). » Delegatetasks to Interior Designers and providecoaching. » Collaboratewith project leaders to develop action plans related to project issues. » Assistwith the development of and adherence to work plans, assistthe Principal in Charge (PIC) with fee development, and monitorproject financial status related to the scope. » Participatein proposal content development. » Participatein weekly studio staffing meetings to effectively meet staffing needs and deadlines.
