Minimum Position Appropriate qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of significant practice. Requires valid driver license.

Special Conditions: The department is especially interested in candidates with practice in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), with additional expertise of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Required to work/travel evenings and weekends due to deadline driven needs.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Responsible for playing a pivotal function in shaping the visual identity of our brand across both digital and traditional media. Utilizes word processing as appropriate for marketing material and maintains and improves designs and creative expertise. Ensures visual consistency and brand standards are utilized. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and output. Collaborates across teams to deliver creative solutions for our key audiences on and offline.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Assists with coordination and production which includes assisting the Editor, adjunct Creative Director, Marketing and Communications Director, Marketing Managers, adjunct Vice President of Marketing and Communications and SVP for Marketing and Communications. Manages creative jobs for clients and marketing managers. Participates in client meetings and serves as creative liaison for photoshoots. Assist in the conceptualization and execution of the creative design for digital campaigns including websites, social media, email marketing and digital ads.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Assists with advertising vendors and printers to complete projects. Serves as liaison with Athletics, clients, vendors and printers to ensure quality and adherence to the University's branding standards. Maintains a courteous and professional relationship with clients, customers and vendors. Actively participates in department forums and consortiums and helps to train campus community in use of templates and brand.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Participates in weekly production and departmental Athletic Marketing staff meetings and coordinates functions with other team members. Maintains records of clients' projects using digital archive.
