More information at hashimsarkis.com. HSS is seeking a project manager with 6-10 years of practice . We are pursuing an practiced architect to work full-time leading projects from concept to construction. Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position: » Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree » At least five years of post-graduate professional practice, preferably more » Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication expertise with a range of individuals, including clients, consultants, and other architects. » practice managing project financials effectively, including project budgeting, scheduling and contract negotiations. » Effective client relationship expertise for leading and working with diverse teams of designers. » capability to support technical design and documentation on projects of various sizes and complexities. » capability to assume responsibility for project correspondence, reports, documentation, and general administration. » Dedication to excellence in design and technical facets of the project. Other position qualifications include: » Prior practice in all phases of a project, including Construction Documents and Contract Administration. » Prior practice managing the work of consultants. » Prior practice supervising the work of junior staff. » capability to work in a collaborative, open environment. » capability to solve problems creatively. » Architectural license, passive house accreditation, and/or LEED accreditation is a plus. » Fluency in Revit a plus. » Fluency Arabic a plus. » Flexibility to travel for international projects.
