Our portfolio includes various scales of residential, commercial, interior and landscape design. We are a boutique sized operation and looking for someone that can jump in and be an integral member of our small team. The candidate should have a broad skill set spanning Architecture and construction management. tasks will include: » Establishing & managing construction budgets — procuring bids from our subcontractors and vendors and managing the budget all over the build. » Establishing & managing construction schedules — coordinating schedules with our subcontractors and the project site manager to facilitate the sequencing of the trades and to enforce the schedule is being met. » Coordination between the design and construction teams — making sure subcontractors have current drawings & they understand design intent; assist & facilitate RFIs between the design and construction side. » Procuring project building materials for items that we purchase directly—e.g. tile, fixtures, etc. Candidates must meet ALL of these minimum requirements. » A college degree in Architecture or Construction » Minimum 5 years postgraduate work practice » We are seeking to hire LOCALLY within the Los Angeles area only Annual base income located on practice plus a profit share bonus.
