For the position of Residential Interior Architect, We are pursuing a candidate possessing technical precision and creative design expertise to work full time. This candidate will be passionate about high design and working on residential projects, is motivated, dependable, and willing to make a long-term commitment to working in this position. Only resumes supporting the following qualifications and practice will be considered: » Interior Architecture or Architectural degree from an accredited school » 10+ years professional practice in design and construction document production in high-end residential projects » High degree of proficiency in interior detailing required » Strong technical and design expertise in the production of construction documents with a commitment to high quality design » Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). » capability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants, while being mindful of project budgets and schedules » Strong written and verbal communication expertise. practice with client presentations. » Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). » Construction Administration practice including schedules & change orders, attending regular site meetings, RFI responses, submittal and shop drawing reviews Scott Edwards Architecture offers a competitive income and benefit package.
