Job location:Los Angeles, CA, US Published:Wed, Oct 9 '24 Pay:$65,000 - $80,000annually MONTALBA ARCHITECTS We are currently seeking an individual with 1-4 years of full-time practice working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or New York as a Designer - assisting in projects from conceptual design through construction document phases. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO APPLY? Tell us more about you: » What are the qualities that you find attribute to the success of a project and team? We are seeking for someone who: » Holds a B. Arch or M. Arch, followed by 1-4 years practice in an architectural office. » Has strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. » Can confidently develop detailed, complex, and organized 3D models. » Is skilled in producing renderings for both internal use and client presentations. » Has practice organizing thoughtful presentations for concept/schematic design packages. » practice producing drawing sets for DD & CD phases. » practice with physical model making and Enscape rendering is a plus.
