Noted for its commitment to sustainable design, the firm has been recognized through local, national, and international design excellence awards and feature articles in the most prestigious design publications. The practice encompasses corporate, civic, cultural, educational, transportation, residential, hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use projects on a variety of scales. We are currently seeking a Designer with 3-5 years of practice. Candidates must be self-motivated and enjoy working collaboratively with team members and consultant teams with a availability to learn. Position Job responsibilities: » Strong conceptual design capability and advanced graphic representation expertise. » Work on programming research, zoning research, massing, orientation studies & design studies. » Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent. » Render design ideas in forms of scale drawings, 3-D models, sketches, illustrations, and physical models. » Research materials, products and furnishings located on project design goals. » With guidance, work on construction documents and coordinate review of shop drawings during construction phase. Position Requirements: » Bachelor’s Degree required. » 3-5 years of post-graduation practice required. » Able to prioritize and multi-task. » Must be proactive, detail-oriented and a self-starter. » Must be hardworking and a team player. » Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication expertise. » Candidate should be proficient with Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Graphics Suite, and other related design software.
