ArchiLOGIX is a small firm and Job Captain candidates must have flexibility and versatility in working on diverse project types. Description: Plans and coordinates activities of designated projects with responsibility for early design graphics and presentation exhibits, research, code compliance and AutoCAD drafting. Works directly with Project Architect under general supervision of Principal of Design. Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years of technical practice in design aspects of projects, drafting, research and code analysis, presentation graphics. Assist in project management tasks and provide support to Principals and Project Managers. Represent ArchiLOGIX in a professional manner in all aspects of job responsibilities and client interface. Position requires open and proactive communication with all members of ArchiLOGIX team. expertise, Abilities and expertise Proficient in ArchiCAD as well as AutoCAD Proficient with MS Office Familiarity with other design software such as Photoshop, Sketch-up etc. preferred. Must have expertise to analyze multiple complex problems and implement technical and creative solutions. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship expertise as well as the desire and capability to work with project teams. Must be proficient in organizational expertise. Must have an in-depth expertise of codes, basic construction methods and detailing. Must have expertise of project technical specifications and general conditions.
