The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the principal architect, possessing the capability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced team environment. They should excel at articulating processes, directions, and solutions while managing project details. Our firm is committed to delivering a top-tier client practice and inspiring design, all while promoting a positive work-life balance. This position requires on-site presence and is not remote.
Requirements:
   » Project Designer: 3+ years of practice
   » Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
   » Proficiency in Revit/ AutoCAD (REQUIRED)
   » practice in a variety of projects and with all phases of design and construction.
   » Strong design and graphic expertise
   » Proficiency in Adobe software
   » Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal.
   » Professional appearance and work ethic
   » Familiarity with California permitting process.
   » Some travel involved.
candidates should have a portfolio and samples of work to be reviewed in the interview process.
