How will your days be spent » Assist in leading and managing the project team and representingthe firm to the client. » Assumeincreased level of responsibility for leading, motivating, andproviding a team environment for the project team members byinspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, taking risks,and assuming ultimate responsibility for the team's actions,exercising good judgment, and continually increasing peopleexpertise. » Articulateand communicate the client's vision, goals, and objectives throughdevelopment of the project work plan during the planningphase. » Manageproject schedule and budget and communicate status through staffingdiscussions; provide updates to operation through projectmanagement software. » Coordinateresponse to client questions and concerns and follow-up regularlywith the client. What you bring to this function practice: » Minimumof seven years of architectural practice and at least one year ofrecent project management practice with large-scale facilitiesrequired. » practicewith healthcare projects and/or one of Flad's market segmentspreferred. » Excellentclient management and leadership abilities expertise required. » Superiortechnical and presentation expertise and a commitment to designexcellence essential. suitable education » Bachelor'sdegree in architecture or related field required. » Professionalregistration preferred. » Sustaincapabilityaccreditation preferred.
