Who We are seeking For: We are pursuing a motivated and dedicated Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team in New Albany, IN. Your Day-to Day: As a Geotechnical Staff Engineer , you will: » Conduct site investigations and soil testing to assess geotechnical conditions. » Assist in the preparation of geotechnical reports and design recommendations. » Collaborate with project teams to ensure prosperous project delivery. » Perform geotechnical analysis using industry-standard software. » Monitor construction sites for adherence to geotechnical specifications. » Participate in fieldwork, including soil sampling and testing. Who You Are: » You have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field; or capability to obtain within 6 months » You have 0-2+ years of professional practice » You have or are interested in obtaining your EIT (preferred) » You have excellent computer expertise including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, with the capability to lgain commercial software applications Working Conditions and Physical Demands: You are willing and able to execute the physical demands of this position with the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment such as: » Working outdoors the majority of the time in varying weather conditions » Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs, (field/laboratory samples and equipment) » Traveling out-of-town (typically overnight) for assignments as necessary » Working outside of normal business hours when necessary What We Offer: We offer a generous benefits package with a full suite of options, including well-being programs to support you and your family, as well as the development resources you need to advance in your career.
