FringeArtsThe Patron Services & Development Intern will provide administrative support to the Patron Services & Operations Manager assisting in all aspects of FringeArts' patron services and fundraising efforts. Interns will leave their FringeArts internship with a clear-eyed knowledge of the logistics and operations of an arts organization, as well as how to identify its needs and develop strategic plans to address them.Job responsibilities: » Data entry in Patron Manager » Coordinating and following up with facility needs » Fielding ticket and membership inquiry calls » Assisting with front of house operations at venues » Collaborating on engagement strategies for audiences and supporters of FringeArts » Processing and acknowledging contributions and sponsorships » Assisting with prospect research » Gathering information and generating materials for grant proposals » Communicating with stakeholders and supporters through a variety of media Required: » Enthusiasm for relationship building » Computer savvy » Highly organized and detail-oriented » Strong verbal and written communication expertise » capability to work independently and collaboratively » Adaptable to changing priorities » availability to lgain new expertise and help wherever needed Preferred: » Background in Communications, English, Theatre, and/or Nonprofit Administration » Interest in the performing arts » practice with Salesforce or other CRM platforms » Previous Box Office and/or customer service practice » While this internship is unpaid, college credit is available depending on the intern's college program. FringeArts will provide interns with a $200 travel stipend to be used for transportation costs. 20 hours per week preferred. Occasional weekend hours and evening hours may be required for events.
