Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule.

Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. tasks & Job responsibilities: Strategize communication needs for the department and University assigned projects. Collaborates with communications team, public relations team, marketing team, creative team, digital and social media team and creative team. Write, proofread and edit content, adhering to best practices, grammar rules, and AP Style.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Implement and maintain a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with the university's objectives. Assist in developing, executing, and revising Executive Visibility Plans in conjunction with the media department.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the production of magazines and other printed materials maintaining consistency in branding and messaging. Assists with the generation of story ideas for print and digital publications, news media, website and online/electronic communications tools. Identify and utilize effective communication channels and platforms, including emails, newsletters, magazines, etc. Craft and communicate compelling brand narratives.

Identify opportunities for automation or optimization to streamline communication workflows and enhance efficiency.
