We have a reputation for innovative design, meticulous bid documents, and close collaboration during construction. Delson or Sherman Architectsis seeking aProjectArchitectwith at least five years of practice to join our firm. We are pursuing a creative, organized, and enthusiastic professional to manage every aspect of design and construction--from conceptual design to product research, and fromzoning analysis to construction contract administration. A prosperous candidate willbethorough, proactive,anddetail oriented. They mustdemonstrate a availability to take ownership of their projects and invest their design sensibility in all facets of their work.The following qualifications are specifically required: » Strong design, writing, and interpersonal expertise » Bachelor orMaster of Architecturefrom an accredited university » At least 5years of post-professional-degree work practice » Fluency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling » Project Manager practicein high-end residential design » Filing practice with NYC DOB and LPC » Site practice during construction contract administration » practice managing junior team members candidates must be available to start by August 2024 and must already live in the New York metropolitan area.
