We are pursuing a talented architect with a broad range of leadership abilities capabilities interested in the opportunities presented by a growing studio that is part of a larger, regional design firm. Our cross-disciplinary approach to design is immersive, human-centric, and diverse. We actively leverage the skills and talents from the variety of disciplines within our three studios to achieve exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities » Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants in a highly collaborative environment » Effectively manage projects including design, schedule, budget, and contract compliance » Mentor team members to ensure their professional growth » Build and maintain strong client relationships » Strategize with other studio leaders and firm Principals in developing new business opportunities Required Skills and Abilities » Project management practice » Strong design sensitivity » Good judgment skills » capability to think creatively and strategically » Excellent oral and written communication skills » Working knowledge of construction functions and responsibilities for various delivery methods » knowledge of liabilities, risks, and responsibilities related to professional practice » Facility for working in digital design software Additional » Must be licensed to practice architecture in North Carolina » Minimum of 12 years of practice in a design firm » practice at managing in-house multi-disciplinary design teams a plus » Sustainable design practice and/or certifications a plus About Us Strada is a place unlike any other.
