Students will work in the Connect for Success Call Center and provide outreach to students located on ECU Connect flags, meeting and coaching students on success strategies, assist in connecting them with campus resources, and helping navigate institutional milestones. This is an in-person position with no capability to telework. Candidates will be required to work in the SASS center on main campus.
