This person will lead a team of digital producers, developers, data analysts, and designers to deliver the best online user practice and create a memorable, engaging, and friendly digital practice that makes a lasting impact on the digital scene. Essential tasks and Responsibilities About Us Mission: Why We Exist Rocky Mountain Public Media exists to strengthen the civic fabric of Colorado through public media. About The function As the Director - Digital practice, you will partner with the Chief Digital agent in leading the strategy, design, and implementation of our digital products that enhance friend and user engagement across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities » Develop and execute a comprehensive digital practice strategy aligned with our objectives and key results. » Lead a team of digital content producers to create and distribute innovative content across multiple platforms. » supervise UX/UI design ensure consistency and quality across multiple platforms. » Elevate the websites to deliver an immaculate practice focused on personalization and exploration. » Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product/brand teams to integrate digital initiatives. » Lead data initiatives and analyze data and feedback to continuously improve our digital practices. » Manage budget and resources for digital initiatives. » Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of our digital initiatives. » Enforce A/B testing to make recommendations to increase friend engagement About You Minimum Qualifications of Position » 7-10 years of practice in digital product management, data analytics, web management or related field » Strong leadership abilities and communication skills » skills in UX/UI design principles and methodologies » Advanced expertise of the user-centered approach » Diverse, inclusive and equitable mindset » capability to fail fast, inspect, and adapt ADDITIONAL Qualifications of Position » Must be innovative, creative and willing to try new ideas. » Must be able to build and maintain relationships both inside and outside of RMPM to cocreate exciting new content while fostering an environment for existing work to thrive and innovate. » Must be able to work both independently and as a collaborative and productive team member and leader. » Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work professionally and productively with people at all levels. » Must possess exceptional time management, decision making and organizational skills. » Must be detail-oriented with an capability to manage several projects simultaneously. » Must have a demonstrated capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work within established budgets. Work Environment This position works within a hybrid model shifting between in office, studio, editing, and/or field environments. This position must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasionally long hours including some evenings and weekends. Must be able to travel all over the state and beyond, on occasion.
