This full-time, entry-level position is perfect for a professional with zero to three years of practice and a professional degree in architecture. Key Job responsibilities: » Produce construction documents under the direct supervision of the Principal Architect and Project Managers. » Undertake a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of larger projects. » Perform design layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work. Attributes and Qualities: »Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in architectural software and tools. »Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in drawing and documentation. »Communication expertise: capability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. »Creativity: Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. »Time Management: capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. »Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and capability to work well in a team environment. »Eagerness to Learn: A proactive approach to professional growth and learning. Requirements: » BArch or MArch from a NAAB-accredited university, licensed or working toward licensure in US. » 0-3 years of professional work practice after graduation. » Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. » Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
