Provides event support at functions, including set-up, guest assistance, and breakdown, ensuring prosperous execution of events. Prints and prepares name tags for events and meetings. Assists in pulling, organizing, and returning items needed for events, ensuring all materials are accounted for. Serves as Homecoming Co-Chair, helping to organize and lead Homecoming events. tasks & Job responsibilities: Completes reimbursement forms and submit invoices on behalf of event coordinators and the manager to ensure timely processing of payments. Responds to UMAA event inquiry emails, providing timely and professional communication to alumni and event participants. Maintains inventory of alumni-related items, ensuring stock is organized and replenished as needed. tasks & Job responsibilities: Picks up and disseminates mail within the department, ensuring efficient internal communication.
