Responsibilities include effectively promoting Parking and Transportation programs, services, and strategies to the campus community. tasks AND Job responsibilities: » Respond to all written and oral communications. » Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies/campaigns to promote parking and transportation solutions. » Provide timely and friendly customer service to those seeking information about parking and transportation options through personal interaction, phone calls, emails, and social media. » Support the development and delivery of educational/informational seminars, presentations, one-on-one meetings, and small group presentations. » Schedule and conduct promotional events with campus organizations such as Commuter and Resident Life. » Collaborate with other campus partner organizations to accurately and prosperously market products and services. » Attend all required meetings and training sessions; participate in committee or task force meetings as applicable. » Perform additional tasks as needed located on departmental requirements and at the discretion of the Director. » Execute tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Office of the Director of Parking & Transportation Services. Preferred (Majors, practice, GPA, etc.) • Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in a degree-granting program at East Carolina University. • Maintain a cumulative and current grade point average of 3.0 or higher. • Previous practice as a student employee in residence life, student activities, or another major functional area of student affairs is advantageous. • One year of work practice related to administrative functions in a college or university setting is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication expertise, the capability to work with a diverse student population, and an knowledge of resident student needs are essential.
