Students will work in the Connect for Success Call Center as chat support for the Mainstay application and will also help maintain data on results of student interactions with Call Center student workers. This is an in-person position with no capability to telework. Candidates will be required to work in the SASS center on main campus. Preferred (Majors, practice, GPA, etc.) Management Information Systems, Communications, and Information and Cybersecurity Technology majors preferred but not required.
