Candidates should have an interest in working in a collaborative studio environment, and enthusiasm for environmental sustaincapability and social equity and inclusion. Candidate Appropriate qualifications: » Minimum 6 years professional practice » Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture » The position will require technical expertise, leading design and development of exterior wall, and coordination with exterior wall consultants when necessary » Construction Administration practice required » A strong working expertise of Revit required » expertise of building codes, standards and structures » Comfort in a leadership abilities function; practice in working with diverse clients and consultants » managery and management expertise required as well as the capability to guide and mentor architectural staff » Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with excellent design expertise, and strong graphic and communication expertise » Availcapability to visit job sites as needed COOKFOX Architects is a New York City-located studio dedicated to integrated, environmentally responsive design.
