Job Summary This is an Internal Employment Opportunity University Relations and Marketing is seeking an Associate Vice President of Marketing Services & Solutions. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. Reporting to the Vice President of University Relations and Marketing, the Associate Vice President of Marketing Services and Solutions is responsible for the oversight and management of the overall operations of university wide printing, mailing, marketing, conference and events services. Marketing Services and Solutions is a self-funding fee for service enterprise within University Relations and Marketing. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating philosophy, short and long-range goals and objectives. Employees develop, implement and enforce plans, policies, procedures, systems, programs and performance standards. They participate in strategic planning efforts as part of the management team. They are responsible for managing staff, equipment, budget and facilities. They determine resource needs and priorities and make recommendations to executive management.
