We specialize in luxury modern single-family homes in the Hamptons and luxury apartments in NYC. As a small, award-winning firm, we offer a collaborative environment with exciting opportunities for professional growth and innovative design work. Position Overview: We are pursuing a self-motivated designer with one to two years of professional practice and a degree in architecture from an accredited program. Licensure is preferred but not required. In this function, you will be asked to work on multiple projects at the same time and be able to move between them as needed. Tasks on any given day will range from 2D drafting, 3D modeling, creating project schedules, and generating presentation materials. Key Job responsibilities: » Generating project working drawings » Working on reflected ceiling plans, project schedules, etc. » Creating 3D models of design schemes.
