Specific job tasks include: » Updating and troubleshooting technology devices in the Pirate Academic Success Center. » Helping train student staff members (tutors, success coaches, study expertise, and front desk) on technology and devices. » Reviewing and maintaining access for digital tutoring services such as Canvas courses. » Data entry related to digital tutoring services. » Assisting tutors with Canvas videos and content for digital tutoring services.
