The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ practice and be able to produce high quality presentations and drawing sets under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Job responsibilities: - Assisting with preparation of presentations for clients - Drafting / detailing residential drawing sets for construction - Drafting residential drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filings - Assisting with construction administration tasks - Attending select OAC meetings during Construction Administration Requirements: - 3-5 years’ practice - Minimum suitable education Bachelor of Architecture - practice in architectural drafting and detailing - Proficient in AutoCAD - Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite - AutoCAD for MAC expertise, a plus - capability to hand sketch, a plus - practice working on high-end residential and hospitality projects, a plus - practice with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus Interested qualified candidates can send their resume and work portfolio in PDF format to [emailprotected] with “Junior Architect Applicant” in the subject line.
