The student worker will assist clients with technology related issues such as setting up email on computers and smart phones, connecting devices to Wi-Fi, installing ECU software, and troubleshooting computer related issues. They will also assist with checking a client's account and providing information to clients on how to reset their passphrase. The student will also need to be responsible, committed to work, have good communication expertise, have good note taking expertise, have a availability to learn, and the capability to provide good customer service.
