The Department of Psychological Science offers a B.S. degree, as well as M.A. degrees in general (with a community psychology concentration option) and industrial/organizational psychology. Information technology is also the administrative home that provides substantial support to the interdisciplinary Organizational Science Ph.D. program. Department faculty and students collaborate with scholars across the university, including across the College of Humanities & Earth and Social Science as well as the College of Health and Human Services, the Belk College of Business, and the Cato College of Education.The interdisciplinary Health Psychology Program ( http://healthpsych.uncc.edu ) includes faculty from the departments of Psychological Science, Public Health, Communication Studies, Nursing, Applied Physiology, Health, & Clinical Sciences, and other significant disciplines. Information technology is comprised of three concentrations: an APA-accredited Clinical Psychology program that adheres to the scientist-practitioner training model, a Community Psychology program, and a Behavioral Science program.
