Job Job responsibilities: • Provide the highest level of customer service to all visitors. • Opening and closing of our winery terrace and estate hosting facility. • Maintain a friendly, warm, and clean tasting room environment. • Stay up to date on Estate and Napa Valley wines, region, and winemaking practices to share with guests. • Provide a unique and educational practice to all visitors. • capability to finalize and increase wine sales. • Coordinate with management to efficiently host visitors and multiple groups. • Assist with winery events as needed. • Establish relationships with clientele to Increase wine club sign ups, meet sign up goals and drive repeat business. • Support Managers with assignments as needed. • Support fellow hospitality team members to provide the best level of customer practice. • Assist with inventory and restocking. • Curate and maintain relationships with referral sources. Job Requirements: • Excellent customer service expertise and attention to detail • Professional attitude and a strong work ethic • Energetic and personable with guests • Tasting room and POS practice • 2 years of wine industry related hospitality and sales practice • Possess a strong expertise of wine • Wine Direct and TOCK winery software expertise a plus • capability to multi-task and prioritize in a quick moving environment • must be 21 years of age or older • must be able to lift to 50lbs consistently. • capability to stand for long periods of time • Available to work nights, weekends, some holidays and have a flexible schedule Create a Job AlertReceive an email alert when similar new jobs are posted.
