Flansburgh is seeking a licensed Project Architect with 7 to 10 years practice in a design-oriented office. Project Architects are responsible for leadership abilities and coordination of project team members and consultants all over all phases of design, from conceptual design through construction administration. this function will assist senior leadership abilities in design, managing production, mentoring staff, representing the firm to the client, and participating in presentations and meetings. Exceptional design talent and technical expertise are required in order to supervise the planning and execution of project documents. A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture and advanced expertise of drafting and 3-D rendering software (Revit, Cinema4D, Sketchup preferred) are required. Excellent communication and leadership abilities expertise are required. A licensed/registered architect with LEED certification is strongly preferred.
