Employment Category Regular Job Summary This recruitment will be used to fill one full-time Information Technology Consultant position for the Division of Student Affairs at Oregon State University (OSU). The Information Technology Consultant (ITC) has responsibility for direct consultative support and training to students, staff, and faculty on information technology-located systems primarily in the areas of applications, software, multimedia, database resources, workstation & server support, network support, and includes a moderate degree of hardware consultation and support. This position provides Information Technology services to the multiple departments under the Division of Student Affairs. This position will support users and systems in 40+ buildings around campus making driving an essential function. This position is deemed essential and the incumbent may be expected to report to work during inclement weather, emergency and other University work curtailments or closures.
